PET INFORMATION
Please fax a copy of vaccinations to 214-526-2036 prior to boarding or bring a copy when dropping off your pet for boarding. All guests must be current on their vaccinations prior to boarding. This includes Rabies, DHLPPC, intestinal parasite screen and a negative heartworm test result all within the past year. Bordatella is also required and must be current within the past 6 months.
