PRESCRIPTION REFILL Please fill out the form below. Once you have completed the form, press the Submit button. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY Prescription requests received by 9:00 AM will be ready for pick up by 11:00 AM the same day. Requests received between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM will be available by 5:00 PM that day. All prescriptions received after 3:00 PM will be available for pick up by 9:00 AM the next business day. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY Prescription requests received by 9:00 AM Saturday will be ready for pick up by 11:00 AM the same day. All prescriptions received after 9:00 AM Saturday, anytime on Sunday or a holiday will be available for pick up by 9:00 AM the next business day. Your doctor will review your request and contact you if needed. Please note that if your prescription is a special order, then these pick up times do not apply and we will notify you when your item is ready. |
